      Great team, can tell they really care about the residents they support and have their best interests in mind. Really friendly atmosphere and always someone willing to help.

      Can be long hours and can be challenging at times.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
