Pros
- Learning environment, salary on time, few late sittings - Good for beginners - Managers are supportive
Cons
- Extreme pressure of work that won't allow you to learn new things. - No appreciation and no recognition. - Senior VP is not professional, an attention seeker and will make your life a living hell there if you ignore him or doesn't sit with him and talk irrelevant stuff all day (many employees including seniors left because of him) - HR is not HR, he asks everything from Senior VP or tells you to ask if you will put a request for example for a leave or any other thing.
