      Pros

      1. A good option for tier 2 and tier 3 college passed engineer 2. Opportunities to work with reputed clients from aviation industry 3. A decent organisational structure 4. it is a good option if you are not from out stationed state (don't mistake me, there is no bias on the basis of your native place, i meant it help in making your lodging economical)

      Cons

      1. Limited exposure to new skills 2. stagnant salary growth 3. Repetitive nature of work 4. No extra perk

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
