I have been working with cyient since last 2 years. Good Co-workers and Good Learning platform Nature of work is good but the system and management need to improve. Flexibility in work timings. Best of luck for bright future.
Cons
I feel that this is not a company where you can see your growth.Cyient is doing many mistakes during appraisal time while we are waiting and expecting for good increment. So, in short, I am trying to tell you that cyient is only good for start your career and get experience after that switch to other company, don't find your career there.
