Good starting job but seems only people there awhile get anywhere. - Field Technician Cyient Employee Review

Some management shouldn't be where they are just because they have a few years under their belt. Some people just aren't management material that's all there is to it. Seems to be not much of recognition and perhaps favoritism, that I'm not sure about although. It does seem like it though because of a fewer people getting somewhere with little experience and not there very long.
