      Pros

      Flexible management, opportunity to learn, working outdoors, no direct supervisor, fulfilling and detailed work, sometimes there is over time some times there is not.

      Cons

      no phone or laptop, weekly travel

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
