The work environment at Cyient is not a healthy environment for any employees, and the culture is representative of a ‘throw under the bus’ system where employees will turn on each other to get ahead. The goal of the company is to profit as much off each employee as possible. There are no opportunities for career growth here. There are other companies where you will not be constantly disrespected and taken advantage of - work for those companies and do not make the same mistake I did.
