      less work pressure and can learn many things professionally. life will be good in only engineering domain but not all domains where the company serves

      Cons

      policies no where useful/ in favour of employs(HR, finance etc), Low standards irrespective of the talk in outside world

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
