Lack of instruction, direction, processes, training for months in regards to you daily task - job responsibilities. No access to Verizon applications to do you job while performing all assigned duties and task for the work that is done on behalf of Verizon. Pay does equal previous experience. PTO time is the worst in the industry (80 hours) for both vacation and or sick time. Treatment of employees for Cyient's home country of India where I worked are borderline "indentured servants" in my opinion. If they were unhappy, they could use their H1B visa sponsorship as leverage over them. Left after 6 months as Cyient's demands of driving 2-3 hours out of state (personal vehicle) for site surveys were not part of my offer letter, employee handbook,etc.
