Pros
Pay is pretty good, especially for recent grads. You will most likely work on several different projects so you will get types of experience.
Cons
Raises are terrible, upper management and HR are non existent unless you are at the main campus. If you need assistance will any issue do not expect it to be resolved with any kind of urgency.
