      There will be onsight opportunities, If you get such opportunities/ if you get opportunity to work at Client location you will be having good career exposure and that would be very productive for you

      Salary hike and other benefits are less

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
