      Pros

      Great team and not bad pay when starting very casual and was flexible with schedule as long as work was completed correctly by deadline

      Cons

      not enough pay for more veteran team members for the amount of work everything ran on accepting work whether they had the capacity to meet demands or not

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
