      1. You will get a chance to learn more 2. You will get a lot of confidence about yourself and getting experience here is much needed for any software professional.

      1. Managers are always cunning and will you like anything. 2. Company facilities are not that much rated.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
