      Pros

      Cyient is a good company with lots of talent.

      Cons

      Trying to get more for less is not always the best strategy when you are serving some of the most demanding customers. Pay your employees a competitive salary to retain loyalty. There is a lack of continuity with internal systems and every internal task is like a litmus test.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
