Poor and Insecure Leadership - Sr Director Cyient Employee Review

Bosses keep changing. People fired, just to save costs and improve margins. No clarity from the managers, as most of them are insecure in the environment. HR does not have a clue on how to engage the employees on ground, especially when leaders are pathetic in leading the show. Last 6 months stock price movement should ring a bell to you. CEO, CTO, CMO and many leaders have left the organization in the last 6 months. Not sure whether they were fired or looking at the organization's poor culture, they moved out.
