      Pros

      Learning environment. This is definitely not a job you coast at. The work is definitely always challenging so every day you are on your A game. I like it since I'm the type that gets bored easily otherwise frequent celebrations

      Cons

      No transportation facility no smoking zone no canteen facility slow growth parking is shared .. no private parking slot is available for employees
