Management are not very supportive

Pay is above national minimum wage. You get your birthday day off or the closest business day to it. The support received from my manager and the team was great. They supported me through a really difficult time in my life, I found them really accommodating once I felt ready to open up to someone about my situation. They try to make it a fun working environment with games and competitions. We were updated regularly about what's happening in the business overall, it made you feel part of a bigger team. I've never had a workplace who provides as detailed updates as Cymphony do. It is a fast paced where no two calls are the same.

Could do with more variety in my role here.
