Where to start. Long hours, appalling pay..holidays are done in hours and equate to 18 a year which is illegal!!!!! On top of this you are made to work weekends bank holidays AND CHRISTMAS DAY at no extra pay...which is again illegal. The rotas get changed last minute because the team leaders havent a clue what they're doing. But if you dont turn in due to not knowing?? Tough. Its a disciplinary. In a nine hour day you get 30 minutes lunch and 10 MINUTES both morning and afternoon for which you are timed and heaven forbid you are a second late back. Absolutely disgusting and again. These times are illegal . There are people who are in tears every day at this place due to the lack of training, pretending to be multiple different companies and getting screamed at on a daily basis because they literally have no idea what to say. Management say they'll change things but never do. They once had 9 walk outs in one day and it still didnt dawn on them. Clients leave every week because of the atrocious reputation, and even the Management are walking out! A complete joke of a place.
