      No pros I have seen in my year exp.

      A lot. Dont wanna waste time writing on this company. Other companies doesnt consider this as your strong experience because every one knows how work is done. Your experience will be wasted.

      They had good IPs with them.

      Cons

      Did not have a clear vision for their company. Wasted their exclusive IPs. From a product based company soon shifted to service based setup.
