Permanent Night Shift. Salary credit issue. Usually, it should be credited within 7 or 8th of the month, but sometimes it gets 15-18 days delay. The manager will tell you to work more and more in spite of your hard work. You can never make them satisfied. In the training period, The trainer will tell you that you can earn 45-50000 per month as of your incentive. But she is telling false. Your starting is 18000/month. You have to make 90 calls a day, else your manager will shout at you every day. Cab service is delayed for 30-45 minutes everyday. You have to be seated for extra 2 hours anyday if your manager tells you that your target is not achieved. You have to do overtime. No Body can talk over management. They do check your mail and chats everyday, so you even cant communicate to your colleagues. In the calling section, the job is like BPO and the persons in US don't receive a call. You have to left the voice mail. Very rare reply of those. Better Join US Tech because US citizens prefer it more and more than Cynet Systems. 90 calls per day will make you frustrated just after working 2 months there. In some of the clients there is no placement even, so you cant get any incentives. The managers can eneter the office at 8 or 9pm. but if you are 15 mins late by any chance, you will get notice. LEaves are so less that if you get ill, you will be at loss of pay. 1.5 leaves per month. No id card till first 6 months.

Pros

- Immediate team is great people to work with through lead level. - Work gives fascinating insight into AI/LLM capabilities.

Cons

- Management is invisible and arbitrary - No advancement path. Originally "advancement" was through increased responsibility with no increase in pay, eventually even that disappeared. - Pay is well below reasonable for job requiring advanced degree and experience. This is the "shadow" workforce of training AI. - No job security. At some point, you will be released with zero notice, you'll learn your contract has not been renewed by finding on a Monday morning that you can't log in and then seeing an email that was sent after work hours the previous Friday saying nothing more than you must return their laptop. - Contributing to the further erosion of human work.
