Pros
Wow. Just wow. I was merely an intern back in 2022, but even I’m utterly shocked—no, astonished—at some of the posts I’ve seen. Truly heartwarming to see management demonstrating such inspirational leadership by publicly dragging their own employees. So classy or?
And to think—some of us were under the silly impression that mutual respect and integrity were part of the company culture. Silly us!
But hey, what do I know? I was just an intern. I’m sure this bold strategy of torching your own team definitely won’t come back to bite anyone. Nope, no reputational damage, just pure, unfiltered genius. Really makes you wonder if "shooting yourself in the foot" is now a core value.
Cons
Honestly, the list of cons here is so long, I’m surprised it hasn’t been published as a novel yet—New York Times bestseller, obviously. Pros? Oh, sure, if you count free coffee and the character development that comes from enduring chaos. Really makes you reflect on your choices, doesn’t it? Like, what a brilliant move it was to choose this firm—truly a career-defining moment… just not in the way one would hope. Nothing like a nice little stain on the ol’ CV to keep things interesting. It's giving "learned the hard way." But hey, at least now I know what red flags actually look like—in high definition.
