there are no pros of this company.

This is the worst company ever saw in my whole life..This company is made to torture employees and destroy carrier. The Boss is that pathetic psycho man who don't know how to respect anyone time. He think that if he hired employees they become their slaves and is available at 24 * 7. He never gives good feedback about peoples because he dont want any one leave the company as he can't afford to hire new employees. Even if anyone serves the notice period of 2 months still he says that you can't leave the company as the work is not done.. And he don't know about any of the policies even if he is the director..He made his own policies in his mind and introduce infront of you..As I already told pathetic psycho.. I just think He should visit mental assylum and spend years in the treatment. Also he can't handle his anger..In anger he remove peoples from work and don't give them their salaries.As i already told psycho. One more thing he want peoples to work in less salaries for e.g I was HR over there and I selected a candidate whose last drawn was 25..He was asking me to convince him in 20k. I mean why..And then he started yelling me that I can't do my work properly(as I said a psycho). Recently he got in case like this that the candidate served 1 year bond and also served the notice period of 2 months, still he don't allow them to go as he just wanted his project to get completed.. Some peoples made police case against him and The psycho boss has got beaten by Police as he did not gave one employee her experience letter..He lied at time also..He is lying now also..He is a lier.. Candidates don't go in this company also investors don't invest in this company as there are no employees working in the end you will waste ur all money.
