Pros

Very profitable company with a great business plan for revenue. The work is rewarding, fun and interesting.

Cons

All is great until you get hired and the masks come off. The first red flag was the constant inter-gossip about each-other. (This one is late, that one is lazy, he's a clock watcher, he doesn't believe in "CYA at C1", she doesn't believe in "One team, one dream..." on and on. Then you get to downright lies about each other, physical threats. Its the bad apple ruins the entire barrel effect. Work was easy but the people who have been there are intimidated and afraid to lose their job. Gossip and lies about who did what work, a hungry-hippo effect. NO work-home boundries. Unprofessional communication. Kid-Like and very immature. This is more than toxic, it is unhealthy work enviroment and you start to physically feel sick working with the people there. Run, don't walk for the Exit Door!

Pros

They offer hybrid / remote roles.

Cons

I’m trying to be as honest and fair as possible here. To start off, the on-boarding process was non existent. You are expected to be an expert in how the company is structured and where you can find proper resources from the get go. Standards for any part of the company are non-existent. They are really disorganized and their excuse is that they’re a “small company..” everyone is really stressed all the time. people are not open to helping you and on the contrary 9/10 you get hostile folks. this is mainly because people are overworked by the lack of guidance and the company has a history of letting go of people. Seems like when things start going wrong higher ups are very quick to blame the people below them.everyone is desperate to show their value so they don’t get fired. This creates a mindset that there is a finite amount of work/solutions that can be provided. Often creating non productive competition between teams. If you don’t mind this stuff then you are good to come work here. But if you care about company culture then you will most likely be disappointed.
