Pros
1. Requires hard work which in return helps you to grow, learn, deliver in high paced environment. 2. Lots of smart people at one place pushes you to deliver at your best. 3. Haven't seen any politics as such. Yes the job is demanding and the company is growing. It's a business after all and sometimes tough decisions are taken to ensure that team remains at its best. 4. You hard work is rewarded. 5. The leadership is excellent. Be it the CEO, CTO or the VPs, everyone ensures you get the required support. More than just an organization, the team treats you as a family and expects you do the same.
Cons
None as such. This team helped me grow, achieve a lot of my dreams. Sadly, I had to part ways due to unforeseeable circumstances but haven't found a team who's as professional as the Cyware team.
