      The salary and a cool product

      Cons

      Management is too emotional and discriminatory, it's like a boy's club with big egos where people hire their friends and form small cults. Safety is not prioritized. Personal growth and promotions are always delayed due to "business headwinds" unless you are on specific teams. Constant layoffs.
