D’Asign Source has good pay and benefits for a business in the Keys. Owners and management are respectful to employee’s personal needs. Employees are given a lot of autonomy in their job which provides personal success for the employee. They also try to utilize employee’s skills to fullest. It’s a beautiful environment to work in.
Cons
Advancement is sometime limited due to the small size of the business and the fact that it's in the Keys which limits opportunities; however, when opportunities exist they are obtainable.
