It is a family business and you are treated like family if you work here. People are trusted and allowed to do their job once they prove that they can and will. Management has an open door policy. This is a construction firm - that is not without its challenges right now. It is a tough economy but, the owners of the company work very hard to earn new business, keep existing business and track down every lead. My hat is off to them.
