Slow growth for a mid level pro

As already mentioned pension is good. The wages are actually decent too for the industry. You might also meet one or two nice people working there. Depending on your role you might even get to work on some interesting things. It will also give you good experience for your CV if you are just starting out.

So here’s the thing, and it’s nothing new to what’s been mentioned in other reviews…Lots of office politics - yep. Cliques - yep. Lack of growth opportunities- yep. My experience of working there was negative for a variety of reasons, so I wouldn’t recommend even in this tough job climate. But of course everyone is different and some people do actually thrive there.
