They don't have many projects going on. Senior managers undervalue new talent. Me and a colleague were asked to do a competitive analysis and we never received feedback on that project. The time I was there, the CEO just showed up two times, and one of that times was to tell her employees to get her a Cannes Lion. They have such an old fashioned way of management. If you are offered a position in another company, take that position.
