Pros

It's a paycheck, remote, and some of the people doing the actual calling are nice.

Cons

Not worth it at all. Pay is so low for what you are doing, get paid higher every other company that does the same thing. Management is HORRIBLE. Catty and mean. They claim they are family friendly, however that is the furthest from the truth. It's a ploy to get workers, then when something happens with their kid(s), it's used against them. The callers are constantly never doing enough, no matter how many appointments are gotten, it's never enough. Being pulled into meetings and yelled at by management is not how to do things. Belittling people is what they do all the time. Very narcissistic and such a mental drain. You have to clock out for everything, even going to get a drink. Very micromanaged. Always hiring because management is narcissistic. If you have an issue, hers is WORSE.

Pros

Working here has been such a positive experience. The team is very welcoming, kind, and truly cares about their employees. I love that the company is family-oriented and understands the importance of balance—I’m able to care for my child while still getting my work done. The environment is professional without being micromanaged, which makes it easy to stay motivated and do my best. Everyone is approachable, and I can communicate directly with anyone in the company without having to go through unnecessary steps. It’s rare to find a workplace that’s this understanding, flexible, and supportive. I’m genuinely grateful to be part of this team.

Pros

I’ve been with this company for years at this point. I have never felt more comfortable and confident in what I do. When I started I had no experience. The closest I had was a few months in customer service. Most of my experience is hospitality. I was a slow typer. I was very self critical. I was terrible dealing with rejection. I have been taught how to better navigate those things over the years and thanks to this place and everything I have been taught I can say I am good at what I do. Will you be handed everything you need to know in a little book? No. It’s just not possible because things do change constantly. You adapt. You learn. It’s honestly a lot of fun if you don’t get in your own way. Plus I get to work from home. If my kids are sick, I’m here. If school is out for a break, I’m here. I wouldn’t consider this a conventional job but I like it this way. Also they promote from within so knowing that your hard work won’t go unnoticed is always a plus.

Cons

If I had any complaints it may be when there is a transition period for new clients onboarding and hours can fluctuate because there is not enough active work to meet everyone’s regular schedule but it’s not that often.
