      Pros

      Working at D. Hilton helped grow my career, it was a good stepping stone to learn how to recruit executive level talent. You will be pushed to expand your skillsets and better communicate with financial leaders in the Credit Union Industry

      Cons

      Family owned so if you are looking for a corporate type of setting, this wouldn't be a fit for you. Not a friendly environment to be in Dogs everywhere, so if you love that, this would be perfect for you

      Pros

      There is a lot of recognition for positive performance. We go and do a lot of fun things as an office, such as sporting events and concerts. We frequently have food brought in. It is a friendly environment and we dress very casually. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, and also learn about other departments. We have an excellent reputation within our niche market.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. It is stressful, just like any other job.
