Get to dip your toes into a lot of different avenues which is great experience. D is honestly the best place I’ve worked - there’s always a new opportunity or fun challenge and I love the people I work with. I feel respected and valued.

Pay could be higher as others have mentioned. Since it’s a smaller company, there aren’t direct/obvious routes for promotion, but opportunities are still there.
