Pros

Competent people to work with. Variety of projects from all industry. Opportunity for learning a lot if time allows. Flexible work environment. Easy going owners.

Cons

Stressful and demanding place to work. The client has all the say. You will be the last person everything false on whether it's an ill scoped project with unrealistic schedule or something went wrong in meeting the requirement the client had (which is always changing). Too much management and layers upon layers of it. Incompetent managers that move up to position based on how well they please upper management. Some backstabbing culture is there. You always have to watch your back.

Pros

Wonderful people to work with. Some have been there for more than a decade. Good for anyone who likes a challenging, never boring environment. The company is going through many changes even on a daily basis. Location working to be R&D center of excellence. Good for engineers. Flex time is a nice perk.

Cons

Private equity owned with many deliverables (Scott Dennis is no longer the CEO of the company). The pace is hectic and chaotic. You're lucky if you get anything done on your 'to do' list as priorities shift so quickly. The stress level is perpetually high and felt by most (if not all) employees. Longer hours are typical (45-55 per week) for salaried employees. More than 10 rounds of layoffs in the last couple of years due to cost cutting / restructuring. Morale is low.
