Pros
One Manager -James. Greatest person they have
Cons
What you are hired for is most likely not the job you actually hold at the company. And the job you are doing pays substantially lower than the rest of the industry.
Every day, every person is wondering whether they are going to be the next out the door. No reasons, documentation, or information given for why people are let go aside from "financial difficulties". They will then post for the same job you had with the same pay.
They do not provide the accurate information to the government, so make sure you keep your paystubs for when you apply for unemployment because they have multiple open cases open that they do not file their Unemployment properly.
Aside from inappropriate work behavior - sleeping with married coworkers, stealing credit for work, lying about information in order to substantiate work - this job also is big on lying on documentation, I.E. - Write Ups. Writeups for approved time off (Documented approved time off), Also they do write ups if they needed something done and did not communicate it properly so that management has documentation that it was not their fault. (Fake Example for Obvious Reasons - If management made an error in ordering too many pretzels, then they ask you to cancel future pretzel orders in an email. Then you get a write up from management because you did not initiate the return of the pretzels that management over ordered - as you were not instructed to do so).
