One of the best working environments of my career so far. The team is super tight-knit and collaborative. There’s always something to learn by working closely with development teams and other business departments. Finally, the overall direction of the exchange itself is on a path to create something truly unique and special.

No significant cons in my opinion. If you don’t like working with others, challenging your ideas and getting outside your comfort zone, then it’s not the company for you.
