1 They deliberately give insane deadlines to force new developers to prove they’ll accept nonstop overtime as part of the culture. 2 Just before the three-month probation period ends, new developers are suddenly fired by email and not even allowed time to retrieve their belongings.
Cons
keep numbing yourself with those fake five-star reviews that mean nothing, and pretend everything’s fine.
