Pros

They pay really well. That's it.

Cons

It's a bait and switch. You will be lured into taking the job by the pay, but then your job isn't what was advertised. There's no onboarding process. People will sit you down day 1 and expect results. The culture is awful. Think start-ups: high school behavior is rewarded. You're job isn't secure. They do lay-offs to make the numbers. When you finish a big project, be worried - that's when the layoffs happen. They take your expertise to set-up something and then send you off to pasture. When lay-offs occur, you lose health insurance THAT NIGHT. If you have a family, you an't afford to take this risk. You cannot get references. If you leave the company, HR can only verify your dates of employment. They will not say anything about the quality of your work. Expect to work late hours without compensation...or a thank you. Teamwork isn't appreciated - there is no gratitude in the office, just rudeness. The CEO is a sarcastic individual who doesn't take questions seriously. There's a box where you can submit anonymous questions - he laughs his way through any concerns.

Pros

Transparent Leadership: Our management team consistently upholds a commitment to transparency. Clear Expectations: We pride ourselves on setting clear expectations for our team. This helps everyone understand their roles and responsibilities, leading to increased productivity and reduced misunderstandings. Great Work-Life Balance: Our company values work-life balance, which is vital for employee well-being and performance. We provide flexible options and support for our team to maintain a healthy work-life equilibrium. Positive Team Environment: The team dynamics here are excellent. Collaboration and camaraderie among the teams are encouraged, creating a more enjoyable and productive work environment. Accountability: Our management team is accountable and openly admits when we make mistakes. We recognize that we don't always have all the answers, and we actively encourage ideas and input on various projects, tasks, and roles. This culture of accountability and openness fosters innovation and collaboration among our team.

Cons

Communication Challenges: Occasionally, there can be communication gaps between different departments or levels of management. Remote working has added to this, but we're always actively looking at improving communication channels and practices. Resource Allocation: In some instances, resource allocation could be more efficient. Streamlining processes and allocating resources more effectively would benefit the company and the team here.
