Pros
With better compensation and work title that satisfy and meets my standards. it would be better also if my employee has a communication as often to monitor my performance output just to see and evaluate how committed I am with regards to job preferences.
Cons
Having no communication of my people working my business. And those employee also who are not coach-able enough to be train and coach better.
