They refuse to release company findings, failed to recognize the importance of Juneteenth until it was declared a federal holiday, and have a majority white, male executive team. -Require graduate degrees for junior-level employees, but do not compensate fairly -Underpay project staff -Unclear HR systems/pay grades/promotion cycles -Overly complicated internal systems that mid and senior staff have no idea how to operate -Some very toxic senior leaders who will pass any mindless task (like their own expense reports) to junior staff
