- people there lack ambition - management does not cater to diversity hires, especially to muslim employees. - expect them to give LITTLE benefits because they’re following MOM law only to the bare minimum. First year starting you get only 10 days AL, which you don’t get it straight away, you earn as you go. So working X amount of days, you get 1 day. If you expect to go on a long holiday after probation, be expected to use unpaid leave instead.
