Pros

CEO means well, outgoing and young team

Cons

There are so many cons to working here I don’t know where to start. First off they basically get around telling you that this is a pure sales job. They sell it as direct marketing, which is true. But basically you will be on the street going up to strangers trying to get them to listen to your sales pitch. Hours are long and ridiculous, almost a 12 hour work day.

Thank you for leaving your review, our client is excelling within its industry, they are recognized worldwide, and we are honored to help them share their message with their customers. Using the most personable approach and systems, which include talking to customers on face to face basis, we are proud of our success rate and the growth potential that we offer our client and also our team who train with. As a firm who are passionate about face to face communication, we could never see our personable approach to marketing as a negative thing, however, we do appreciate that this role is not everybody's cup of tea, and that's ok. Having worked with us in the past, we strongly hope you have taken away some valuable skills that you can use to secure the right job for you. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.

Pros

I've been working for DAP Acquisitions for a little over a month now and I've never been in such a fun and supportive work environment. I took this job as an intern but that title didn't prevent me from moving up within the company and getting promoted to "corporate trainer". All of the employees are extremely welcoming and eager to help you learn and be the best you can be. The CEO is extremely transparent with you in terms of job description, salary, and just about anything you could ask him. In the just one month I've been here I've had the chance to go to a nation-wide conference and training seminar, perfected my speaking skills, been to various "team night" events, and perfected my interpersonal and professional skills! This job and this company are amazing!

Cons

Be prepared to work, this job is not easy but no good job ever is. The hours are long but the more you work the more opportunities you have to make money and learn. The beginning stages of this job are very sales oriented but no one starts off as a CEO of a company. I really like that this job places everyone on an even playing field and everyone has the same opportunity to succeed.
