Pros

1. Exposure to Massive, Complex Projects 2. Punctual Salary Payments and Standard Benefits 3.Diverse, Multicultural Environment 4.One of Alfanar group so it follows Alfanar policies which is good point 5.Good benefits for who has family status contract

Cons

1. Excessive office monitoring through desk cameras and strict login/logout tracking reflects a culture of low trust and creates a tense work environment. 2. Career progression lacks transparency and merit-based criteria. Senior roles remain largely inaccessible to diverse or younger talent seeking strategic positions. 3. The rigid hierarchical structure limits bottom-up feedback, stifles innovation, and offers little flexibility for individual employee needs. 4. Job promotions are based on loyalty and preferences, not performance and annual raises are rare. Significant salary growth typically requires leaving the company. 5. Recent cuts to basic office perks, printing restrictions, and delays in software/hardware upgrades negatively impact staff morale. 6. Strict Contractual Policies: Exit processes involving non-compete clauses and sponsorship (Kafala) transfers are reportedly handled aggressively, requiring careful negotiation when resigning.

Pros

Working in KSA, Riyadh, I have observed that the management at the head office is very slow in responding. There is no proper response to emails, and even after making multiple calls, it is difficult to receive an answer. Additionally, governmental processes, such as chamber-related work, are taking several weeks to complete, which is significantly slower than expected.

Cons

1. Very slow response from head office management 2. Poor communication (emails and calls often unanswered) 2. Government processes (e.g., chamber work) take several weeks 3. Delays in work progress due to administrative inefficiencies
