Almost all reps would say there is too many expectations in what a rep can and should do. No field back up by management in customer face to face presentations, contact, business reviews. It's all left up to the reps. Company management doesn't realize the accounts are theirs not ours and should see key accounts face to face on a regular basis to at least thank them for the business.
