We are passionate about our clients winning and reliant on everyone in the company to do their part to keep our clients happy.
We expect a lot from our team because we expect a lot of ourselves and what we have committed to our clients to execute. This creates a culture of high expectations and accountability which is not always comfortable especially if a ball gets dropped.
Regardless of position you are at (or have been promoted to during your time at DAS), you are expected to perform at a high level and to prioritize the success of our clients over nearly everything else. Without their success, we don't have a company.
For those who don't share that passion or commitment, DAS will likely not be a comfortable place to work as slackers or those with less motivation hold others back and impact client performance which we can't have. This conflict can be uncomfortable and while we try to find spots for those who are in a wrong role, sometimes it's just not a good fit and tough decisions have to be made. But this isn't a DAS thing, this is a corporate America thing. We are a small company so there's not really a place to hide if you don't share the commitment to our clients' success that is required to help us (and our clients) grow. If you are up to the task, then this is a great place to work and one that rewards loyalty and performance.
