Hard working employees. If working at corporate, the workday consists of Monday - Friday and is usually 8-5. The branches have delivery techs that are on-call in the evenings and weekends.

The company is small and boasts of a family atmosphere, however it is clique-ish. Some managers (at corporate level) lack leadership qualities. The management staff can be unprofessional and display improper business/social cues and may even come across as bullies. There is a lack of gender diversity in the corporate management staff as most, if not all, are female. The pay is low and a bonus is possible, but not transparent. There is barely a training program and they fail to have clear metrics to measure employees performance by.

Little to no support. No room for growth

Disconnecting and no team collaboration whatsoever. Yoi have to be there for 10+ years to be considered for any form of promotion. As well make sure you're not a minority if you want growth.
