When hired we were told that there would be quarterly profit sharing and bonuses, but after a year and a half no bonuses, no mention of them.
Company appears to be expanding to quickly, most likely in the hopes of being sold off.
Lots of new account managers, and sales people, but no new added techs so the work is quickly outpacing the workforce to handle it.
