Pros

Our employees get to wear several hats, interact with staff more often and are afforded a 360-degree view of company-wide operations. Because our employees have more visibility, it is often easier to advance in our organization.

Cons

Only smart and hard workers could make it in DATABASICS, It does require to be organized and focused in order to work the current employees that has been there for years.

Pros

This is a company that really cares individually for employees and I have felt part of a team almost a family for the past 10 years. The CEO of the company individually knows each employee and allows for direct communication, taking into account their needs and providing advice and mentoring, overall is just a great human being. The commitment level from employee to company is 100% reciprocated. The fact that so many employees have stayed long term speaks for itself. It is a good place to work for self-driven, hard working, self disciplined individuals that are not afraid to take initiative, make mistakes and learn from the mistakes. Human factor is definitely more valued here than the bureaucracy. Independence in managing your own work and a great team to work with. Lengthy review, but this company and its management deserves the credit.

Cons

Databasics allows for employees to find and enroll in the education and training programs individually, not organized on the corporate level though . High work load, but keeps things exciting.
