When you work there you fall into this sense of believing the lies and narrative, as soon as you step back you realize how mean a few people are who pull the strings and make the decisions. They have everyone above them blind to their games. The time off is a disgrace, you work for a company who speaks about family and religion but you work Christmas Eve, NYE, the day after Thanksgiving, Good Friday. PTo is below any job ad I have read the company is stuck in 1999 and there is zero flexibility even though the office is old and out of space they refuse to make any changes. As soon as you walk away you realize how toxic and terrible the benefits and working environment are at Datamark.
