Recruited for a business engineer. The interview was good and the recruiter was respectful of my time and listened to what I required to take a new job.
Cons
Lack of flexible hybrid schedule or 4 day work Weeks. I was willing to work around the salary if the company culture and employees were a fit but the outdated policy of no hybrid was a deal breaker. The recruiter sent me a link. She was great.

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
