      Pros

      The people the workers some truly talented, smart and invested people for the company work there.

      Cons

      Run from their scripted culture and good old boys club quickly. Behind closed doors you quickly see true colors of fake culture and how life at the company is not what is shown to the public. if the clients came to the sites they would find a new company to partner with quickly. The HR team is there to protect the company not help any employee. Don’t fall for the fake narrative of caring it’s not true. You can go work the same job down the street for more pay and better culture.

      Small corporate office makes it easy to find who you need to/ what you need to make an impacr Great culture for size Nice facilities Great upward growth opportunities

      No options for work from anywhere for most corporate staff

      Free parking in garage cool coworkers

      Cons

      Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
